Lieutenant Colonel (Retd) Naeem's extensive experience includes roles as a Technical & Legal Advisor and General Manager (Technical & Contracts) at Associated Technologies, where he managed high-stakes infrastructure projects. His legal acumen, combined with his engineering knowledge, allows him to navigate intricate legal and technical challenges effectively.
His military service as a Lieutenant Colonel in the Pakistan Army further strengthened his leadership and management skills, making him adept at handling multifaceted cases. Mr Naeem’s interaction with foreign missions of Pakistan in the US, UK, JAPAN, SAUDI ARABIA, and CHINA, for selection, contracts, procurement, inspection, and trials of all types of military Vehicles & Engineering Equipment provides a unique perspective and serves as a cutting edge tool for technical procurement contract for the Firm. He also Served for five years with UNDP, being instrumental in the implementation of a Fuel Efficiency Project of the Global Environment Facility (GEF), USA, in conjunction with ENERCON, Pakistan.

Malik Aneeq Ali Khatana
Mr. Malik gained extensive experience as a corporate associate and developed expertise in corporate advisory, real estate, Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR), defamation, insurance laws, and drafting, among other areas. A member of the Lahore High Court Bar Association, with legal studies from the UK and the USA, Mr. Malik has represented the Pakistan Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry at the ECO forum in Iran and Turkey and has been involved in significant constitutional and public interest cases. Additionally, Mr. Aneeq Khatana has served in the Advocate General's Office in Islamabad as State Counsel, where he contributed to a range of important legal matters. His advocacy efforts include promoting the teaching of the Nazra Quran with translations in schools across Pakistan, implementing price control measures on essential commodities, and establishing the Directorate of Legal Education by the Pakistan Bar Council, reflecting his commitment to social justice, cultural values, and judicial reform.
Mr. Malik has also been at the forefront of legal education reforms in Pakistan. His efforts notably culminated in the Supreme Court's landmark ruling in Malik Aneeq Khatana v. Khalid Javed (2020), which mandated the inclusion of the Law GAT, LAT, and Bar Vocational Course (BVC) as fundamental requirements for obtaining a bar license in Pakistan. He undertook the ambitious task of challenging the policies of the Pakistan Bar Council, the Higher Education Commission, various colleges and universities, and the Directorate of Legal Education in Pakistan. His case aimed to address critical issues in legal education, ensuring that the legal professionals produced by the system are well-equipped to meet the nation's legal needs. Through his efforts, Malik Aneeq Ali Khatana has positioned our firm as the pioneer in establishing Pakistan’s first practical legal training program.

With a decades-long family tradition in the legal field, Mr. Salimi brings a rich and diverse portfolio to the profession. He holds an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Rights from the University of California, Berkeley, and a specialization in Company and Commercial Law from the University of London, forming a robust academic foundation. Mr. Salimi has advised various multinational clients on IP licensing, regulatory compliance, and business strategy, while also leading high-stakes litigation and offering expert counsel on project due diligence. His experience with top-tier law firms in Pakistan has seen him represent major clients such as Daimler AG, Baskin Robbins, and OGRA, successfully navigating complex constitutional and IP cases. In addition to his practice, he serves as an Associate Professor of Law at two of Lahore's most prominent universities, where he teaches Company Law and Intellectual Property Law. He earned his LL. B (Hons) degree from the University of London and was called to the Bar of England & Wales in October 2022.
